We have also designed the "Refer a Friend" promotion program to reward our loyal guests. For every new guest that you refer to the MedSpa, you will receive a $25.00 credit. The accrued credit can be used toward your future MedSpa treatments or purchases. You can also use the accrued credit toward any Medical Aesthetics treatment or procedure.

Artisan MedSpa, Laser & Wellness Etiquette
In order to provide each and every one of our guests with an experience in ultimate luxury and comfort, we would like to request our guests to adhere to the following guidelines when using the Artisan MedSpa.
General Guidelines:
• Please turn you cell-phones off upon entry into the treatment area. Should the need arises, guests are welcome to use our telephone.
• Artisan MedSpa is designed as an oasis of tranquility, peace and quiet. Our MedSpa can accommodate all individuals aged fourteen years and older. We ask that you refrain bringing younger children to the MedSpa and/or leaving them unattended at the reception area.
• Please refrain from bringing jewelry and other valuables to the MedSpa. Regretfully the MedSpa Management can not assume responsibility for the loss or damage of your personal articles and items.
• Our trained therapists will custom design your treatments based on your desired needs and goals. Please provide them with feedback as to your comfort and special troubled areas.
• Please just Relax and Enjoy your experience. Permit our therapists to pamper you and to provide you with the services that you have reserved.
• During the treatment sessions you may decide to be silent or quietly talkative. Your therapist will follow your lead.
• While receiving a specific treatment, your choice of clothing is optional. Generally, it is recommended to undress completely for all massages and other body services. For dry treatment, your therapist will keep your body professionally draped and only expose area that will be worked upon. For wet services such as body scrubs, body wraps and hydrotherapies as a rule you will not be draped in order to reap maximum benefits. If nudity prohibits you from fully enjoying your treatment you may decide to wear your swimsuit for these services. Disposable bikini top and bottoms (women) and boxer shorts (men) are also available for your use.
• Please share public space respectfully with other MedSpa guests.
• Please be aware that the treatment rooms must be prepared and used for the next guest. Please vacate your room upon completion of service(s) within a reasonable amount of time.
• You are more than welcome to use the locker room facilities and its personal amenities before and after your treatments.
• Please complete a Guest Questionnaire after receiving your services. You may either complete it during your check-out process or mail it to us later. A copy of this form is also available for your use on our web-site.
• Please provide us with a candid and honest feedback. Your opinions count and are very valuable to us. We use your feedback for our MedSpa’s pursuit of excellence and in our attempts to improve on our guest services and experience.
Unacceptable Behavior:
In order to be able to provide a quiet, relaxing and harmonious MedSpa environment to all of our guests, the following guest behaviors will be considered “unacceptable” by Artisan MedSpa:
• Exhibiting lewd behavior
• Being inebriated or under influence
• Being disrespectful to other guests.
• Exhibiting demeaning and abusive behavior toward receptionists or therapists.
• Insisting upon receiving services without an appointment when are spa is fully booked.
Such behavior does not conform to spa etiquette and against Artisan MedSpa’s proclaimed goal of satisfying all its guests. When encountering such behaviors, the situation will be addressed with respect and attempts will be made to reach an agreeable outcome.
MedSpa Attire:
For experiencing ultimate relaxation you may decide to dress in comfortable and non-restrictive clothing. If you desire, you will be offered a plush robe and slippers for your use while at the MedSpa.
Gratuities:
• Gratuities are not included in the price of services or packages.
• Our staff will graciously accept your gratuities as an expression of your satisfaction for a “job well done”.
• In the MedSpa climate the customary average gratuity is 15%-18% of the cost of service.
• You do not need to carry money around with you and worry about this while enjoying the MedSpa’s facilities.
• For your convenience, our front desk personnel will provide you with a “gratuity” envelope during your check out process. Your therapist’s name will be identified on the envelope.
• You can either use cash or ask the receptionist to charge your desired gratuity to your credit card.
Appointments
Reservations:
Our MedSpa services are very popular with our guests. We suggest that appointments are made in advance so that we can meet your specific scheduling needs. We also recommend that you make your next appointment prior to leaving the MedSpa. You may also request for standing appointments. For your convenience, these appointments can be arranged on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis.
Appointments may be scheduled at the MedSpa or by calling 817-423-5400. A credit card will reserve your appointment for a MedSpa service of 45 minutes or longer.
Payments:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards, debit cards, Care Credit, personal checks and cash. There is a $35.00 charge on all returned checks.
Check-in Processes:
Please make sure to arrive at least 15 minutes or earlier prior to your appointment to ensure full service.
Upon your arrival, you will be greeted by a MedSpa attendant. If it is your first time at Artisan MedSpa, you will be offered a personal tour of the facilities. If you are early for a treatment session, please feel free to use the amenities in our Relaxation Room and begin your experience. You will be provided with our MedSpa’s complementary choice of teas, juices, water and fruits.
After the completion of the tour, if desired, you will be ushered to our locker facilities and/or Relaxation Room.
Late Arrivals:
In the event of a late arrival, if possible, we will attempt to accommodate all your needs. However, in consideration of other guests’ time and schedule, Artisan MedSpa may not be able to extend your appointment. Late arrival may very well limit the time of your treatment. Treatments are to begin and end as scheduled and full value of the service will be charged regardless of arrival time. In these situations we would be more than happy to service you for the remainder of your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations:
Our cancellation policy requires a 24 hour notice for individual service(s) to avoid the full charge for the service. A 48 hour notice is required for the MedSpa packages or multiple treatments. For group reservations a 2 week notification is required. Late cancellations will result in a charge of 50% of the value of the scheduled service(s).
In the event of a “no-show”, the full price of the scheduled service(s), packages or group function will be forfeited. The charges will not be refunded or credited for future services.
Product Returns:
Artisan MedSpa sealed products may be returned unopened within 7 days of purchase for a merchandise credit. Regretfully, unsealed or partially used products can not be returned. Services and prices are subject to change.
Gift Certificate Cards:
Artisan MedSpa gift certificate cards make an ideal gift for any occasion and are available in dollar amount. The gift certificate cards may be purchased on line at www.artisanaesthetics.com, or at the MedSpa, or by calling 817-423-5400. Gift certificate cards are transferable, but non-refundable. Gift certificate cards are redeemable for product and services, but gratuities may not be added to the card. Artisan MedSpa can not assume responsibility for lost or stolen gift cards.
Artisan MedSpa Cuisine:
Upon check-in, when spending treatment sessions exceeding 2 hours at our MedSpa or when undergoing a treatment package that includes a lunch, you will be offered a menu of a healthy meal or snack from a reputable local restaurant. You meal will be ready for your enjoyment at your desired time. If lunch is not already included in your purchased MedSpa services, your account will be charged accordingly for your meals and snacks.
Our staff will also offer you a choice of a healthy and nutritional smoothie. The smoothie is made on site and will be ready at your desired time. The Smoothie of the Week list will be made available to you upon your check-in. Your account will be charged accordingly for your smoothie.
Parking:
Ample parking spaces are available immediately in front of the MedSpa.
