YOGA:
Hatha Yoga – Classical Yoga. A practice of asanas (yoga postures), breathing and meditation. Improves flexibility, builds strength, relieves stress and increases overall health and well-being.
Priya Yoga – Exploring the Body. Priya means “freedom”. Begins with breathing practice and warm-ups, moves into deeper asanas, and finishes with relaxation. Releases chronic tension and opens the energetic pathways in the body.
Vinyasa Yoga – Moving with the Breath. Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement”. Moves from one asana to the next on an inhalation or exhalation, increases the heart rate and invigorates the body. Previous yoga experience is recommended.
NIA:
Nia – A Workout for Body, Mind and Spirit. Nia combines the elements of martial arts, dance arts, and healing arts. Uses dynamic, expressive, systemic movement to condition the body, enliven the senses, and stimulate the mind. Nia can be adapted to any level of fitness.
T’ai Chi:
T’ai Chi - Low-impact, slow-motion mind-body practice. Includes warm-ups, gigong, and instruction in t’ai chi forms. Often described as "meditation in motion." Suitable for any level of fitness.
