Kybella

​KYBELLA® (deoxycholic acid) injections are FDA approved & indicated for improvement in the appearance of moderate to severe convexity or fullness associated with sub-mental fat (double-chin) in adults. Other off-label areas may include localized areas such as the “banana rolls”, “muffin tops”, "bra-bands", fat deposits above knees, under arms, as well as "love handles".

 

For optimal results, most patients will require 2-4 treatments. Treatment sessions are scheduled 30-45 days apart. The effects of injections usually last for a long time, but additional treatments maybe required periodically, generally within 6-12 months. Patients should expect redness & swelling at the injection site(s) lasting for up to 10 days.

 

We start with a consultation to discuss & review your current anatomical location & the extent of the targeted fat deposits.  An individual, customized program will be prescribed for you with the help of Dr. Samadi & the Artisan MedSpa staff.

 

Kybella injections will only be performed by Dr. Samadi himself!
